The tobacco is a Kentucky/Virginia blend which gives a woody quality to the smoke but unlike many strong Kentucky blends, the nicotine content is at a moderate level. The tobacco has been cased, pressed and cut into flakes, which have then been rubbed. The case notes are sweet, slightly citrus with some floral notes too. The floral part is most likely from the Kentucky tobacco itself, where the wood used to cure the leaf has mild floral qualities. It is by no means the dominant flavour. St. Bruno is an all day, every day kind of smoke that some choose to smoke exclusively, it's clean burning, cool and leaves your pipe mess free.
