At Smoke-King Tobacconist, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the product is protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and send the package to our returns department using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
